Click on the Mail Icon in the upper right hand corner, then click on the “Alerts/Alarms” tab to see troubles:

| AC Power Off | AC Power Failure. Check alarm transformer, check outlet has power, check breakers. If no issues found call service |
| Panel Low Battery | Call service during business hours |
| Panel Battery Unplugged | Call service during business hours |
| Communications Failure | This trouble occurs when the alarm panel tries to send a signal and is not successful. Call service during business hours |
| Cellular Connection Failure | This trouble occurs when the alarm panel can not connect to the cellular network. Call service during business hours |
| Wi-Fi Connection Failure | This trouble occurs when the alarm panel can not connect to the local Wi-Fi. Confirm that you Wi-Fi network and Internet service is working and no changes to the network have been make. Call service during business hours |
| Sensor/Device Low Battery | See Wireless Device Battery Changes in the troubleshooting section for instructions on how to replace the batteries or, Call service during business hours |
| Sensor/Device Not-Networked | This trouble occurs when the panel loses communication with a wireless device. Call service during business hours |
| Sensor/Device Tampered | This trouble occurs when a wireless device has a Tamper, usually a cover is not on securely. Cance device cover or, Call service during business hours |
| Sensor/Device Offline | This trouble occurs when the panel loses communication with a wireless device. Call service during business hours |
| Panel Tamper | This trouble occurs when the main panel is not securely attached to the wall or the keypad is not securely in the back plate. Call service during business hours |
